This course will review the ELP (English Language Proficiency) Standards and the PLDs (Proficiency Level Descriptors). Participants will explore resources that support the four domains of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Participants will engage with the ELP Standards and proficiency level descriptors to guide instruction and assessment measures for each of the domains and for the various levels of English proficiency at each of the grade bands.
