This project was developed based on the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). This course is intended to provide supplemental training for childcare providers who participate in CACFP. This course will: - Help ensure that the CACFP infant meal pattern requirements are met - Describe the benefits of breastfeeding and how childcare providers can support breastfeeding mothers - Explain developmental readiness for the introduction of solid foods - Provide best practice ideas and resources for feeding infants This course will take approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete and consists of: - Pre-test (10 minutes) - Feeding Infants in the CACFP Video (~31 minutes) - Infant Feeding Resources (~30-40 minutes) - Post-test (10 minutes)
