This project was developed based on the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). This course is intended to provide supplemental training for childcare providers who participate in CACFP. This course will: - Help ensure that the milk component requirements of the CACFP meal pattern are met - Describe the nutrients found in milk - Explain the benefits that fluid milk provides - Identify which types of milk may be used to fulfill the milk component requirement for different age groups and identify milk substitutes This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete: - Pre-test (10 minutes) - Serving Milk Video (~20 minutes) - Serving Milk Resources (~20 minutes) - Post-test (10 minutes)
