Thank you for registering for the Infant Feeding in the CACFP training.
This project was developed in accordance with the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). This course is intended to provide supplemental training for childcare providers who participate in CACFP.
This Course Will:
- Help ensure that the CACFP infant meal pattern requirements are met.
- Describe the benefits of breastfeeding and how childcare providers can support breastfeeding mothers.
- Explain developmental readiness for the introduction of solid foods.
- Provide best practice ideas and resources for feeding infants.
