This course is recommended for K - 12 school and district educators. HIPAA, COPPA and FERPA are federal laws that protect the personal data of minors and, in the case of HIPAA, health information. Our goal is to make these laws clear and accessible to the educators whose responsibility it is to protect students while they create instruction in an increasingly complex and digital environment.
