SRP - SRM School Safety Success Toolkit

This 25-minute, single-module course is designed for:

• All School Personnel
• Parents, grandparents, guardians, and caregivers
• After-school program and early childhood center staff
• Faith-based and community group members who use school facilities
• Youth activity coordinators, like coaches, referees, and boosters
• Emergency operation personnel like EMS, fire and rescue, or law enforcement
• This knowledge can equip community & school community members to stay safe and protect children in the event of a threat, hazard, or incident. While the roles of each group will vary, this baseline knowledge is the first step toward successfully being prepared for any situation. 

This course covers the following topics:

1) Standard Response Protocol (SRP) and the five core actions: 

• Hold 
• Secure
• Lockdown 
• Evacuate
• Shelter 

2) Standard Reunification Method (SRM)
